Who Can Request Deletion

Any registered user of the EvoloGuard mobile application may request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request account and data deletion by following these simple steps:

Use the Correct Subject Line

Subject: EvoloGuard Account Deletion Request

Include Required Details

Registered Mobile Number
Full Name
Society Name
User Role (Resident / Guard / Admin)

Verification and Processing

Requests are verified to prevent unauthorized deletion.

Once verified, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Deletion is completed within 7 working days.

Data That is Deleted

Upon successful deletion request, the following data is removed:

User Profile Information (name, mobile number)
App Access Credentials
Society Association and Usage Data

Data Retention (if applicable)

Some limited data may be retained only if required for:

Legal Obligations
Security or Fraud Prevention
Compliance with Applicable Laws

Any retained data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
